We want your party to be perfect. If something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll make it right — a replacement or a full refund.
- For low-value or opened party items, we often issue a refund without requiring a return — keep or recycle it.
- Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was our error.
- Refunds post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Personalized or custom items are final sale unless they arrive flawed.
